What is Gestion TI Informatique?
Gestion TI Informatique is a managed IT services provider (MSP) based in Mirabel, Quebec. We look after IT for small and mid-sized businesses: user support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backup, networking and automation. We are a Microsoft Partner.
Which areas do you serve?
The Laurentides, the North Shore of Montreal (Rive-Nord) and Greater Montreal: Mirabel, Saint-Jérôme, Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Boisbriand, Saint-Eustache, Laval and nearby. On site when needed, remote the rest of the time.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mainly three: car dealerships, warehouses and logistics, and professional offices. If you're in another field, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
Who answers when I call?
Me or my team. Not a call centre.
How much do managed services cost?
Three plans: Bronze, Silver (Argent) and Gold (Or). Pricing is monthly and based on your number of users and servers. We start with a free assessment, then send a clear quote with no commitment.
Can you move our email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. As a Microsoft Partner we handle the full migration (email, files, Teams, SharePoint), secure configuration and licence management, with minimal downtime.
Do you help with cybersecurity and Quebec's Law 25?
Yes. We set up the basics that matter for a small business (MFA, endpoint and email protection, tested backups) and help you understand your Law 25 obligations.
Do you supply hardware?
Yes. Laptops, workstations, servers and peripherals, delivered configured and ready to use.
What language is service offered in?
